Zaporizhia is among the four regions annexed by Russia in September 2022.
The Kremlin, for its part, remarked that the Ukrainian drone attacks on the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant are highly dangerous.
Russia reiterated three times yesterday that Ukraine had targeted the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, which is under Russian control, and called upon the West to respond.
Meanwhile, the International Atomic Energy Agency stated that the drone attacks, targeting one of the six reactors, did not pose a threat to nuclear safety.
