The first 2 are being investigated for possible offenses of moral instigation against the interests of the EU at felony level, the 9 at misdemeanor level, and the last 2 for moral instigation in breach of duty (misdemeanor).

Independent K. Floros voted against, and K. Papakosta, who voted in favor only for herself, while C. Athanasiou voted present for himself, but in favor for the 12.

Against for all 13 voted only the former MP of the Spartans and now independent, Konstantinos Floros. Katerina Papakosta voted against for the 12 and in favor only for herself. Charalambos Athanasiou voted present only for himself and in favor for the remaining 12.

Absent from the vote were three MPs of New Democracy, five independent MPs, and the SYRIZA MP Katerina Notopoulou. The latter voted by postal vote in favor of lifting immunity for the 13.

Also, Kostas Tsiaras stated that he did not vote “by mistake,” as he himself clarified about himself.
