  2. AEK defeated Panathinaikos in Nea Philadelphia: Tettei opened the scoring in the 62nd minute, before AEK equalized in the 72nd through Zini and completed the comeback in stoppage time (90+3’) with a goal by João Mário.
  3. Meanwhile, Olympiacos and PAOK drew 1-1 at Karaiskakis Stadium, allowing AEK to move eight points clear of both teams and mathematically secure the title.

AEK  mathematically secured the 14th league title in its history, two matchdays before the end of the Super League playoffs, following a 2-1 victory over Panathinaikos. in Nea Philadelphia and Olympiacos’ 1-1 draw at Karaiskakis Stadium.

AEK, managed by Marko Nikolić, fell behind in the 62nd minute through a goal by Tettei, following an effort by Pantelidis and a shot off the post by Cerin. The “Union” equalized in the 72nd minute through Zini, who had entered the match as a substitute only minutes earlier and also hit the post in the 75th minute. The match was ultimately decided in stoppage time, when João Mário scored in the 90+3’ after an assist from Jović, giving AEK both the victory and the championship amid wild celebrations.

The club with the most league titles in Greece remains Olympiacos with 48, followed by Panathinaikos (20), AEK  (14), PAOK (4), Aris. (3), and AEL (1).

At the same time in Faliro, Olympiacos  took the lead against PAOK through a goal by Rodinei in the 61st minute, but the Thessaloniki side equalized eight minutes later with a goal by Konstantelias. As a result, AEK moved eight points clear of both Olympiacos and PAOK, mathematically securing the title.
