Four young people, aged 19 and 20, attacked a transgender woman while she was returning home, hitting her with their car in Kallithea.
Earlier, they had approached the woman with their vehicle on Syngrou Avenue and verbally attacked her twice, targeting her gender identity, while throwing eggs and other objects at her. They later returned and carried out the attack with their vehicle.
Police arrested the four individuals, while the Racist Violence Division filed charges against them for, depending on the case, attempted grievous bodily harm, insult, and complicity, as well as offenses committed with racist characteristics.
