What is fyi.news?
The journalistic team of fyi.news is participating in the 24-hour strike called by the Panhellenic Federation of Journalists’ Unions (POESY) and the member unions (ESHEA, ESHEMTH, ESHEPIN, ESHETHSTEE, and ESPIT), which will take place from 5 AM on Thursday, June 5, 2025, to 5 AM on Friday, June 6, 2025.
The main demand is the unfreezing of the Collective Labor Agreements, which have been rejected by the Employers’ Unions, as stated in the ESHEA announcement.
Additionally, the journalistic unions have called for another strike next week, from 5 AM on Thursday, June 12, 2025, to 5 AM on Friday, June 13, 2025.
